RDNorrington designs, builds and maintains small, medium, and large scale landscapes which includes but is far from limited to decks, fences, grading and drainage systems, irrigation, lighting, masonry, patio covers and other carpentry, pest control, planting, soils, stone work, water features, and wildlife habitat.
We also grind ancient grains to produce a pretty decent dark, dense whole grain loaf …
We strive to remain as environmentally conscientious as practicable and are excited to participate in creative water conservation projects including storm water harvest, retention and utilization through bio swales and ponding, for example, and grey water reuse.
RDNorrington’s owner, Dale, has studied and practiced in a variety of landscape types and locations including the length and breadth of California, Florida, Arizona and Switzerland. Inspired by his father, a Cal Poly Ornamental Horticulture student in the late 1930’s, Dale returned to earn Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Landscape Architecture and Architectural Sciences with focus on watershed and wildlife management, riparian systems and hydrology.
The company searches for expertise among local tradesmen and women, and has also, over the years, utilized a labor force of unending fascination !
